I studied art and painting in Saint-Peterburg, Russia. Fifteen years ago my family moved to Jerusalem where I continued my art career. Now I work for the design studio where we create amazing colourful wall sculptures. Recently I began experimenting with geometric structures but my pictures lacked a central theme, something that would be meaningful enough for me to devote my work to. I decided to try and focus on the simplest and most colourful things that surround me in my house: fruits, flowers, plants, fabrics. This is how those colourful and happy series of paintings came to being. I believe that the art that we surround ourselves with should brighten our days and express the special beauty of our everyday life.
